If you read my bio page you will learn I used to be a real estate broker and a mortgage banker. I decided to re-enter the real estate arena because of all the foreclosures in my area. I would bet your county mirrors mine. This isn't an easy field and it takes a bit of knowledge to make super excellent money but it can be done if you are persistent and don't mind working. I have the skill and forms you will need to have to make offers and negotiate with lenders and real estate agents. I will teach you the business from ground zero and once you know it and have made some money you can even use my material to teach others. If you charge them, you keep all the money you charge. Why would I do this, right? Easy, I live in Northern Nevada and physically can't even work Northern California which is only ten minutes away. I have too many properties right here. One realtor I work with just emailed me 70 houses to go look at and see which ones I want. It is a zoo in my own backyard. It is a zoo in your backyard too. Since I can't work your backyard, I'll teach you how to do it and you get to keep every dollar you make. I will accept only 20 people because time wise, I can't handle anymore. The price per student is $595.00. No, I don't have any review copies and no, I won't trade services or anything else. I will only answer questions from those who are serious, i.e. have the $595 fee, and those who truly want to make more in one month than they make all year. I don't care where in the US you live, you won't run out of inventory for the next three years at least. That is when the RE market is expected to turn around. Believe me when I say that your biggest problem will be finding investors. These are the people you will want to target. If you decide to keep a house you pick up to turn it into a rental, I'll show you how to make sure the tenant can afford the rent and will be willing to make the repairs and do the upkeep out of his pocket. I will mail you hard copies of every form you need. I will not put this business on the web as I don't want it hacked. Yes, I am a bit paranoid but I find it less stressful to deal over the phone, fax or email. In fact, I like interacting with people because I can get a better read on what kind of help I should be providing at that moment to that individual. I want you to succeed because I have another phase on the drawing board. The 20 will be the first ones to be invited to join. But, that is in the future and this is now.
