20% seems way to high in my opinion. Only a small number of people need to know about it. Most don't even know how to find the url of the page they are looking at.
Well surprises like this should be taken on a positive note as it opens the gate for blooming of healthy internet marketing industry. Inception of real time SEO is not even a decade old earlier what was used is to submit the website's URL and now techniques are different so it may take sometime but the day will come when it will be a core requirement for everyone as the world will prefer virtual business.
That is very interesting. What I find funny is when most people hear the Internet they automatically think of scam and viruses LOL. The way I see it that just means less competition because imagine if everyone knew about it. That sure would be crazy. As someone mentioned though, I believe 20% might be a little high, most people know more about mafia wars than anything else!
