I will be using my own custom list of forum sites that has a minimum of PR4 which I have been using successfully for over a year. Many of my links are still LIVE and ACTIVE. Still boosting my sites in the SERP.

I will also do double checking for all of the forum profiles: Each forum account created will be left out for at least 24 hours without placing any links, which will greatly reduce the suspicion of forum moderators.
