    Doubt anyone did, I think it's just common knowledge that they have to many outgoing links and the weight per link is very low and to low to receive any kind of value from your investment.

    for a PR9 link, $1000 is pretty cheap. But the page have 130+ outgoing links, so it may not pass MUCH "link juice". BTW, its not a permanant link, its only for 1 year. If it was not more than 20 outgoing link, I would have been exceited!

    for $1000 you can boost your PR a lot with one PR9 link .. i think...

    Is better then get $1000 for 100 pr4 links or simmilar....

    or not ?

    look at the meta tags at the top of the page, its noindex, nofollow

    im not sure if thats quite the same as putting an nofollow in every link or not though.
