Its free if you setup using blogger.
Then put some content and add adsense.
I now get around $3/day from my blog.

you are rightly saying that i can do artcle writing and earning some money and my friend also doing this work when i told him that give me some work so he told me that your english is not good.

So i cant artical write.

 

Try to improve your English. You can make it if you really want to do it ! Besides, you have your friend in that field, it's handy for him/her to help you.
