only $0.10 for a referral conversion?

    I thought that firefox conversions earned me $1 each, but today I got a conversion and it is only showing that I get 10 cents from it. Why is that?

    (this is prob a noob question, but didnt see an answer in google's help pages...)

    The key text is:
    Firefox plus Google Toolbar: When a user you've referred to Firefox plus Google Toolbar runs Firefox for the first time, you'll receive up to US$1 in your account, depending on the user's location. Your referral must be a Windows user, who has not previously installed Firefox, in order for you to receive credit.
    My bold. You don't always get the $1 fee - it depends on which country the download occurs from.
