onlineshop with php

Dear all users,

I wanted to use a free onlineshop for my customers.
I have only 2 questions:
1) Which onlineshop can you prefere?
2) How does the paying by VISA card working. I mean does this .php
software connecting between my bank and the customers bank ?

1 : Use cubecart or os-commerce
2 : VISA card working needs a gateway which will process the date between => shop-customer-bank

It is only for comercial consumers ?

 

I haven't looked to deeply into it, because I use Joomla and Virtuemart,
but if I wasn't using joomla, I'd look into mercantec
