    not verified owner of site and yet someone willing to just rush in and bought it? hope the buyer learns a wise lesson here. One has to do its own due diligence and ask lots of questions before committing to the purchase.
    We have heard quite a number of such cases where people are selling domain and/or sites that doesn't belong to them. At DP here it's free - that's why we have to be even more careful.
