    therefore i would say only reg fee undeveloped.

    Reg fee ? Allow me to disagree. Do you even know what apparel is?:)

    2. sorry i am an illiterate here. i dont know what "apparel" means.. by the way what is the meaning of "online" i think i forgot that also

    3. do not ask for appraisals if you do not have ability to accept them. appraisal represents a personal view point which Can be different from your viewpoint
