    Currently i run it on my own dedicated server which i use for all my development projects, but i believe you could get a dedicated windows server for anywhere between $80-$250 per month. You will need anywhere between 300gb to 500gb bandwidth a month which is standard with most hosts.

    Yes i will be available to add features to the website after the purchase.
