Online Video Site (U tube type)

I am selling a Utube type video site for a friend of mine. The site has a few hundred vids loaded on it and videos are easily added using a http uploader.
The site comes with 30 days hosting and the possibility of continued hosting if you don't have ffmpeg on your server.

The site is not getting any traffic at the moment, as she had her domain pointing somewhere else. It could do with someone smartening up the design and a few "descent" link exchanges and it'd be on its feet in no time. She just dosen't have the time or the know how. The girl just wanted a video site and when it came to running it she just didn't carry it on, I think it was a novelty for her lol.

Anyway, the site is all set up, a few hundred videos, and 28 days hosting, with the option to continue with the current host which has cpanel and ffmpeg installed.

I'm looking for sensible offers, as you can imagine how long it would take to manually submit the videos, all you need to do is smarten up the design, get some links done and your off!
