Online UPS or Line interactive UPS [offline]

    Hey guys,
    I am planning to upgrade my electrical system in one of my lab. There are 20 terminals out there. I am gonna use 2 UPS sets with 2 different AC out. One will be for the CPUs and the other will be for the VDUs ;)

    Well now I am puzzled about online and line interactive UPS. Which one should I go for? Online has sky high price and offline[line interactive] are affordable.

    Is there any issue with offline model? Because basically I need a backup only in case of a power failure.

    Could anyone give an insight?
