Shawn, for some reason our online troubleshooter starts off from the main page with the following:

Search returned multiple records. Please make selection.

    Root
    Root

and they both link to the same root page, seems like it's been like that for several versions, any ideas?

    Thanks

The first record in the troubleshooter, should have a title of Root. If you go to Tech Support -> Troubleshooter, whatever comes up first should be the primary record. Just change the title on that to be Root.

The first record that comes up with it in the normal GUI has a title of Root? That's really the only important part. How are you seeing 3 of them?

Hmmm, do you have multiple records with "Root" as the title? Can you give me the real URL to look?

No other documents are called root...but when I do a 'find' for root, 2 items are found, and they are the same root document with no title (if I add the title of root, 3 show up), but with different RecID's.

Hmmm... something whacky seems to be going on with your Troubleshooter_.fp5 file, any possibility of you zipping it up and sending it to ?

For some reason, the troubleshooter_.fp5 file will no longer open up after I replaced it with the file that was sent to me. It simple says that it can not locate the file, and when you try and browse to it, it doesn't show up.

You can't double-click on it in your file system or anything?

I can't open the file now, OG can't seem to see it, I just get the error, "troubleshooter_" could not be found and is required to complete this operation. I can't even browse to the file, even though it's in the directory.

What does your FileMaker Server log say when you start the FileMaker Server process?
