Online task management software

    I'm looking for online task management software that would help bring a small (3-5 people) distributed team in sync.

    Something that would allow creation of prioritized task lists with some tasks grouped into projects and sharing that data via website.

    If you have had good experience with some program/website that would allow to do such things, can you please recommend it?

    I am using basecamp as well as dot project. Both are good and easy to use.

    If you are looking for an open-source software then you can go for Dot Project otherwise BaseCamp is the best.
