Online Store to sell 1 or 2 items & BEST payment gateway in INDIA

Hi Friends,
This is Leela from India.

I am looking to Open Online store and i would be selling just 1 or 2 items online. priced from Rs 900 to Rs 3000 ONLY..

Please suggest a SIMPLE, relatively cheap & BEST ONLINE STORE.. i see Magento on some forums.. I would see very few items so checking if there is any other CHEAP alternatives.

Also I need to run a PRE-ORDER promo so i need to maintain serial order, later ask customer to PAY remaining amount for the item and CONFIRM their booking.

Also cheap and best Payment Gateway with lowest fee for starters.

My target customers are in INDIA and I need to ACCEPT payment processor which accepts Netbanking, Credit Card and Debit Cards issues by Banks in India.

Depends what your selling, you may not even need an online store, just use paypal and create a button to buy now

I cannot accept Paypal as my target customers are from India and Paypal is not popular in India and it has many restrictions also.

I have used Viiaddres.com in order to get items I cannot get from the USA and it is quick too.
