How do you guyz handle orders, do you handle it your self? or depend on some third party to process and deliver actual goods?

    - How do you arrange for supply chain
    - Do you keep items in stock?
    - How about support and customer care

    - The most important thing I want to know is, do you guyz process the order your self or just transfer it to third party. I want to know about the supply chain for a small startup online store

Why would other businessmen dare to share their process online? yay! sorry for intruding.. just can't help to comment on your post. But think about it. you cannot really get a perfect answer to what you are asking. Except, find a mentor to show you how. ;)

I think a lot of beginners are better off with a third-party order processing service. This way they could leverage the supplier's scale and get some cost savings and have good back up plans.
