Online site for hiring writers

Is there a good site for hiring writers online for project to project or bigger projects? I know I've used services for voiceovers and others for content review but I imagine there are services where you can find quality writers like a freelance site but more centric.

Any ideas?

I own this site and am changing the script so all projects are fee-free in the future. Posted projects are any writing type job you can imagine. simply post your details and freelance writers submit bids for your work.
The freelancers are charged a nominal fee for each job they win.

You are required to register as a member but that is free as well.

You could also try www.elance.com as the writers there tend to be very qualified for the subject you need covered. The prices tend to be a little higher though.
