Its domain is online since 1997, will expire in 2012

It is a web directory since around 2 years. Revenue might be around $10 per month. It was PR0 before the last update. Now it is PR1.

 

Where is the domain name registered and how many links added/pending in the directory? $15 bid from me.

 

Registrar is name.com. I recently deleted thousands of pending links. Because I had no time to review them.

I have already posted the traffic stats. So, I think that there is no longer need for Alexa. However I have other sites with 100k- 500k Alexa. Please PM me if you are focused in Alexa rankings.

As for pricing, the most valuable part of the site is its domain. It was created in 1997 and it will expire in 2012. Let's make math;

2012 (expiration) - 1997 (creation) = 15 years
15 years x $10 = $150 even more for only domain renewal costs. Because in the 90's domain renewal fees were much more higher than today, they were something between $20 - $50 per year. Of course you should also add interest for the past 12 years. If you made a bank deposit of $20 in 1997, it would be at least $30 in today. You will see that the current BIN of $180 will not cover even its domain renewal fees for 15 years.

As for PR and SERP, you are bidding for a 13 years old domain. It gained PR1 with no work, no fresh content. If you spend time for reviewing the submissions I am sure it will gain higher PR rakings easily. It is receiving around 10 submissions with reciprocal per day though I didn't promote the site much.

If you bid $100 above, the reserve should be reached.

Its template is free which I can install it or I can replace the template with another free template if you don't like the current one. I will continue to host it for 1 month after sale if you don't have time for installing it on your host. I will transfer the domain and email the database as soon as I receive your payment.
