online signups/dial-up numbers

When doing the online signups, customers are able to pick from all the dial-up numbers we have set up in Optigold, even though I have them separated by account class. We do not want this to happen. We want only the dial-up numbers for a specific class to appear on that page of the online signup process. My question is, during which part of the online signup process is the account class specified exactly, limiting all other choices the new customer would be able to make during the signup? I do not see a way to do this by Account Type in Optigold. We also have the Products limited by class in Optigold, but this does not seem to affect anything during the online signup process, since you can limit the Products in the online signup preferences anyway.

Also, the dial-up number list is not being limited by the dial prefix the customer enters. No matter what they type in for either their area code or home phone number, they get the full list of dial-up numbers to choose from. What can I do about this?

You would use the offer code on the first page. The offer code is what assigns the account class to the customer.

Is there a way to specify a default for the offer code automatically, so the customer does not have to enter it? We want the account class to be automatically assigned to customers using our online signup.

Also, what about the billing information the offer code asks for in maintanence and preferences? Can we leave these fields blank? We don't want the offer code to change charges or credit in any way. We just want it to limit the dial-up numbers and billing products for these customers.
