Online signup worth time

    Shawn,

    Have online signup using packages and working great. Problem is with online signup as it adds the billing cycle items, they are being added to accounts not worth time but product_id has been setup to be worth time.

    If I setup customer within Optigold it works fine. I am at a loss..any ideas what might be setup wrong?

    I posted this issue some time ago, and never saw any response/resolution. I ended up not being able to use packages due to this problem. Packages appear to work fine from the standard interface during account creation, but something goes wrong in the online signup phase.
