Online seller ripped me off - what are my rights (if any)?

Posting this here because I have my own online business and am curious to know what the rights are here, if any, and from a buyer perspective but discussing with other business owners, from a seller perspective too...

Jist of it is I bought a website template from well known online template company for my small biz. Template did not match what was advertised on their site, in fact what they specified was very misleading. I asked them to fix or provide an alternative template of matching features. They told me sod off your not getting you're money back boo hoo. I (unfortunately had to) agreed to their terms, of which they state "No refunds or exchanges no exceptions". Their only payment method is paypal which I can't dispute with because it's virtual goods.

    Thoughts?

Generally speaking, you can lose in charge back.
But there is no harm in trying do the charge back coz PP will evaluate it.
If PP getting a lot of complain for same company, then they will stand at your side.

Winning a dispute for virtual goods can go either way depending on who has the most experience with PayPal. If they have been with paypal for years, you're screwed.
