Online script to check site and pages indexed

I have hundreds to thousands of domains. Is there a webscript where i can dump in all these domains and feedback to me their indexing stats on the big 3s?

You want figures for site:domain.com ? I could code that if there's nothing out there like it.

 

Do you mind if it's run in shell with perl?

I could do it in PHP if orchy doesn't want to... I just finished writing a different script to display the adwords of a google search within a users website (you can see it in the tools section - just added it about an hour ago) and this isn't really all that different.
