I need some research done on the Real Estate Agents

Basically, I need some stats on why it is a good idea as a real estate agent to try to get alot of listings vs. selling. I think there is a category for agents called listing agents. They basically work their butts off trying to get a lot of listing. Then, they get comission when each house sells.

I need some stats and figures, plus sources you find.

I need sats and figures about how buyers find their houses. I thought I read where 62% of homebuyers find there homes by driving through the nieghborhood, but I cant remember.

I would prefer some one from the US, since this is US based research. Bu, whatever.
I need the info by Thurs.

Please let me know your costs.

Umm...Maybe I wasnt clear. I do not need any articles written!!!!!!!!!!! I just need some research done, that's all.

J/k I just need the facts copied and pasted so I have some figures to create a Powerpoint presentation. Just copy and paste the facts along with the source. You could just send the source if you wanted to, as I will be doing the work once I get the research done.

See, I want to create a presentation to give to real estate agents. I just need some facts about the stuff in he original thread to build my presentation around.

I just need research..no writing, no powerpoint, nothing, just facts and sources.

    Thanks!
