If you could elaborate a little more about what it is exactly that you're trying to accomplish, it'd help a lot. Are you talking about online reputation management services where you pay them to push "bad" websites (that have something not-so-good to say about your product/service) off the first page of Google and/or other search engines for selected keywords?
