Buying Online PDF Password Remover

    I am looking for a PHP coder who can create an online PDF document password remover script.

    The script must work as follow:

    1. A user can upload a password protected PDF document.
    2. The script must remove the password.
    3. The user must be able to download the new PDF document without the password.

    That is it.
