I often have to work with Chinese company or individual. Some of them accept Paypal or Moneybooker (probably if they have an address abroad), but many say they can not use those payment means, so everything have to be done thru check, international bank transfer or bank transfer to an account in China. Are there any online payment processors available in China? When I search Paypal China, it seems they are already implemented over there, so I wonder why some people cannot (or refuse) to accept Paypal to send or receive payments.
There are many online payment processors in China (the most popular one is alipay.com) but I'm afraid that it isn't available for you unluckly. And the fee of Wire or Xoom is expensive so if you have big business with chinese you should find a chinese billing partner. BTW, i live in china and i d like to help you.
Most of Chinese have started to accept Western Union as a payment method. Even though it might have high fees, its still a good option
