Online Notepad Script?

    Anyone know of a good notepad-type script?

    I need something like the notepad in the Vbulletin Admincp main page, but a stand-alone script that I can quickly add/view text on my computer / iPhone.

    there is a plenty of them out there

    There are many such scripts available on the internet but I think TinyMCE provides a lot features.

    Found a much better solution, Anyone with a smartphone who hasn't heard of Evernote needs to check it out.
