Online NDA

    Ok I found out that online NDA doesnt exists but how can I protect myself since I really dont want to send all those papers through mail ... Does some sort of online contract or does PMs, mails, etc. count as evidece if it comes to stealing of some sort ...

    NDA wont stand much over the internet. Digitally signed certificates can be used as evidence, but overall there is no security.

    You could email a copy of the agreement. Have the person scan/email or fax it back to you.

    Ok I guess I will just go with regular NDA. Better be sure then sorry or how it goes :D
