What script is the site based on? I understand it's a marketplace type of site. Does the licence of the script can be transfered?

 

The website is running the latest version of PHP PRO BID V7.5 which was released on August 5th, 2015 - I'm not sure if the license can be transferred. I don't see why you would want too. The license is registered in the company's name. - I can I provide you with the PHP PRO BID account as well for licensing purposes.
