Online marketing & jobs... a good choice?

I was just wondering what people though about online marketing and jobs relating to the internet (programming, website designing, graphics design, advertising , etc). Do you think the internet market will become stronger and stronger with a higher demand in the future? Is this a good market to make as a career?

Yes, of course. No wonder that the future world will revolve around online marketing jobs.

 

even though i'm still new to it, i plan on getting a distance learning degree in Internet Marketing from a [legit] school that offers the classes online. certain institutions are now realizing the need for this type of work and are starting to add it as a concentration in some of their business programs. i think that says a good amount right there.

 

That sounds like a good plan.

Do you know if colleges offer these types of courses? I can only find offline marketing ones...

And not even 30% have internet conexion so ......

 

I work full time for a company doing in-house seo and I absolutely love it.

 

How long did it take for you to get the education and job?

 

I'm still on college majoring in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, but I have 8 years of internet marketing experience. So technically, I have 8 years of education in online marketing, because I won't learn one thing about online marketing at college.

 

Excellent. So you've been doing this while you were quite young I'm assuming?

 

Yes. I started in 1999 when I was about 13.
