Hi, A friend is going to be recruiting an "online marketer" and she isn't very technical (she is very experience in offline marketing \ PR etc). I think it would be good to have 3-4 questions which are technical and when she relays the answers it will be obvious if they have the technical skills to perform when it comes to PPC and SEO. Any suggestions for the questions? Thanks
She can not have a good interview with an experienced marketer and even with the one who's not that good in practice but knows the terminology. Tell her to tell the guy what the company does and to give them 48 hours to come up with a marketing plan, which would get them into the job. This shall work better!
The only questions that need to be asked are what sites has she worked on that now has over, say, 1,000 daily traffic, and how many monthly visitors does SHE have in her site?
do one thing read some tutorial about seo and internet marketing seo procedure and time limit to get ranking on first page.....................
Isn't a skilled online marketeer will be more interested in working on their own sites, and will only work for other people as a consultant? If it was me I'd ask for his website, google analytic report and a proof that the site is actually his.
