Selling Online magazine / wordpress blog aimed at men

I'm currently looking to sell my website which is an online mens magazine. It is a NSFW website and contains mild nudity.

The visitors to our website varies massively on a day to day business dependant on the features we run. We run a feature called Twitter Twoo which is massive and gains a lot of visitors!

It is a wordpress powered website, with a $60 theme that has been slightly customized to match our needs. Comes with a few premium (purchased) plugins for Wordpress which totals around $100.

Comes with a twitter account with 4,831 REAL followers - no purchased or bot followers which increases by around 50 - 100 if not more a day.
