online lottery system

    Hi, I would like to develop an online lottery system with a feature that automatically sends sms to the registered client in case of win.
    Does anyone knows how to do it and/or the technologies involved?

    Use an SMS gateway provider. There will probably be an API that you will need to code against to accomplish the task.
