Do you mean something like this: http://www.livezilla.net which is by far the best free solution. Or are you looking for a shout box type thing?
Thanks I'll check it out. I just need a live chat box to put on my site so people can see who's online and ask questions and by the looks of it LiveZilla can do that.
I concur with andreyp, open source rules. I used phplive for a bit a year or so ago. Its quite polished and loaded with options but not really required unless you have a buch of people that have to provide remote support. Nigel
