    YES you can, and if you are a bit technically challenged then learning about blogging may take you some time .. at least in earning money. You can earn decently by freelancing and there are several sites that can provide you easy work. In fact, even if you know decent English you can get started.     I joined some 4 months ago .. and maybe I am not making much but still I make at least 120-50 dollars a months. Of course it is not for free and you will have to put in work. Do try it and best of luck.
