I don't really understand your question, have you come to a point where your own websites don't need investment ?
Well build some more websites - this time with great plan and research before. also yo can outsource a lot of work. Why not try to do some affiliate sales. The following is just a simple and example plan of what I would do. It can be modified, expanded and changed. It's just my 2 cents so don't take any word as a rule I follow. 1. Do a keyword research. The MOST IMPORTANT step in the whole process. You NEED to have a keyword that brings traffic and a keyword that pays. For example "healthy weight loss" is an informational search, but "weight loss supplements" is a purchase search. You get the idea. You need a low competition keyword with at least 100 searches per day and conversional ratio at least 10/100 (notice that this is NOT sales conversion, but click-through conversion. I'll explain that later. 2. You must create AMAZING page for that keyword. Text, pictures, video, quality of information - everything must be planned and researched to be the best page there can be on that topic. You than choose where to host that page. My personal favorites are Squidoo and HubPages. Squdoo was "penalized" with "squidoo slap" in Google for too much spam pages last year, but they are recovering very good especially the old pages and the pages with high rank (not PageRank, but "SquidooRank" ). hubpages is very clean and good in Google's eyes, but they offer very limited tools compared to Squidoo and they aren't so open to marketers like Squidoo are. So, if it was me choosing I'll bet my money on Squidoo. I forgot to tell you that the main goal of the squidoo page will be to rank in the serp's and then to call action in the visitor NOT to buy, but to click to our link, pointing to step 3. And why do you need squidoo for example - because they rank and with your new domain you wont. 3. After you have created the page you need a domain to PRESELL the product - the domain will not rank itself for any keywords so you don't need it to be keyword rich or optimized - you need a good looking .com domain that will trigger trust in the visitors. On that domain you put a SALES LETTER - yes that long long stupid single pages - they are ugly, they are stupid, the are shit, BUT THEY CONVERT WELL! You don't need just a "review page" with a picture and link, but a long, convincing, emotion-trigging text. You may want to create up to ten different sales pages with different titles, testimonials and action calls at least and put them in different directories so we may test what converts well and what don't. 4. You promote the Squdioo (or whatever) page. Build links to it - for example. 4 article submissions to 100 directories pointing to that page. ~ 100 comments on high PageRank do-follow blogs. ~ 100 social bookmarks. ~ 100 video submissions to youtube-like sites with links in description. ~ 100 different profiles on social media pages. (Hi5, HubPages, Scribd pdf link............ and many more. ) All that done in a month and with different anchor texts to prevent anchor penalizing. For the method to work best you need to operate in UNTAPPED market where there is a NEED. You don't want to build pages in the weight loss or penis enlargement niches for example, you need to find smaller market where people have a problem, but the solutions are few or a "not-spammed" market like PE. Yes this sounds like a dream, but if you just think of some BIG problem that people are DESPERATE to find solution for there are tons of that markets. I'll give you just an example for a market like this. This is a real keyword btw. Of cource you understand why I masked it . **** ******** ***** Google Searches PER DAY: 3126 Google Results: 204,000 Google Competition: 33 !!! (with allintitle command) Now that's a BIG problem, the people are likely DESPERATE, the searches are BIG and the competition LOW! We just need a product - some ebook explaining how to get one, or software that makes it or I don't know - the best will be a nice 47$ ebook with 80% commission, if there is no one like that - why not create it and sell to the people. well that market is just an example. But I'll continue to use it as an example for Step 5. 5. You create more pages like that in step 2, but based on different keywords - why not "**** ********* ***** ***" - 30 searches, 177 000 results, no real competition. Than another page and another - and you can stay on page one forever for the whole market. You just need to point these pages to optimized directories on the main domain where they can read special sales page written for that search. And remember 1. Good keyword. Everybody is on the Pe and diet wagon (including me ) 2. Good page. "tunnel" the traffic to the domain, don't sale to them. 3. Good sales letter. sell sell sell the shit out of your product! 4. Repeat and test! All these steps can be outsourced to the right person and you will surely make some decent profit out of the whole "plan". and the most important - once dominating a market you can receive checks from commissions in years!
