Online Images of a Company

If I am noline and find an image of a company I work or worked for. Does that company have the right to use that image. I.E if I find a photo of my companys premises somewhere does my company have rights to use that or not

If you didn't take it, you don't have a right to use it without permission.

 

No the company does not have the right to use it unless it was an employee or contractor of the company and the picture was taken for the company.

can people have picture os my company and their premises on a website without asking the companies permission

 

Depends. Do you have a sign posted that says no photography? If not, then yes they can.
