I'm looking for a simple online HTML editor. I'd prefer something that's WYSIWYG. So it's very easy to delete and update links. I have a personal portal that I am always adding new links to from my favorites. Is there free PHP script that can do this? I'd appreciate any recemmendations, I've tried several and they all sucked.

TinyMCE is a good WYSIWYS editor. You can add it to any php content management script. http://sourceforge.net/projects/tinymce/
Solmetra's SPAW is good, IE/Gecko compatible, although missing few things IMO. Like xHTML strict output and image captions. You may try www.htmlarea.com for comprehensive list of wysiwyg editors...
