Selling Online Gaming Review Site (PR 1)

Reluctantly I am offering up my World of Warcraft affiliate site (Clickbank). Right now it is purely an HTML site. However, the content can easily be transferred to Wordpress or any other cms system.

I'm not trying to pull any funny stuff. I will tell you right up front there is no traffic and no revenue. The site has been up for about six months and has had 500 unique visitors, and has generated $30 in sales.

The site has great potential. Even with it's limited performance it has a page rank of 1 and has over 150 related backlinks.

The site is designed as a "conduit" site... The Conduit Method strategy relies on creating simple, mini product review sites where you come across as a product REPORTER rather than a product reviewer.

All that's needed from the webmaster is updates to the product information. The product info alone will draw organic traffic, and the site comes across as informational as opposed to a sales page.

Although it contains only World of Warcraft, other online war game guides can easily be added for better profits.

My personal situation has changed and I no longer have the time to continue developing or promoting the.

I am content to let the site sit and age for awhile. But if someone can see the potential and is willing to pay my asking price, I will be happy to slide the domain to your GoDaddy account and send you all of the HTML files.
