    Hello,

I am going to create browser picture online game. The players who want to play have to pay for enter the game some small money. After 3 month will game end and part of money will be reallocated between players, so they will have chance to earn more money than they invested.

Game has cool content and with chance to earn money will players like it.

I want to create a company and everything do legally, but I am from Czech Republic and there is no chance to pay members for playing games. So I am looking about another country, where I can easily create company and which has legislation for my game.

Is there somebody who has experiences with this segment, which we can call cash games?

    Thanks,
    Jiri

There seems to be many gambling sites hosted out of Costa Rica, you might want to research hosting companies from there for assistance with your project.

Are you doing a browser based game like browser RPG/browser MMORPG or a gambling site like poker, casino, etc ... ? If the latter one, I suggest not to register company in US as I believe it is illegal unless you pay big money for license ... however, if it is just a browser based game then you should not have any problems with hosting anywhere but I heard that you might not be able to use PayPal as payment processor as this kind of thing is treated as gambling by PayPal so you will have to use alternatives like Moneybookers or Alert Pay or something.

I know that The Crims (a browser game that also pays real money to top players) uses MB because the game violates the regulations of PP.

But then again, I might be wrong because times change and I don't exactly have practical experience, just theory, that's all.

mzonas: Thank you for your answer.

I am going to create browser game, it will not be casino or poker. Is it game where you can earn money if you play good.

I don't think about where i host game or what payment process I will use.

I think about company, which will be answerable for that game and will do bookkeeping, everything will be legally. In Czech Republic where i come from isn't legal to run browser game, because in law it's included in gambling.

What types of deposit methods do you intend to use?
