    Why are you selling this site?
    This website was very well promoted for years, with about 200K visitors per month, and reached to $2K income per month till I had no more time to maintain it. it is just sitting like this and waiting for someone to pick it up and make it the best as it was till 2-3 years ago. current PR 2 (at pick was 4)
    it has php code (which I implemented) behind it that allow easily maintain and keep it grow, working with mysql.
    The site has social interfaces, such as social plugins, comments, and voting

    How is it monetized?
    working with infolinks, stopped my google adsense (not allowed to keep it due to my main work) the site is perfectly suitable for it (look in)
