    I also use dynamicdrive for favicon. Very user friendly.

    I've used FavIcon From Pics for a few of my sites. It gives you the option to have scrolling text too :)

    They also have a cool free text editor too.

    The best one is the one from Dynamic Drive, you can create transparent favicons with that tool ;)
