Great site here, especially if your into any type of movie, tv, dvd, entertainment or actor fansite niche and have a quick way to drive traffic. If not, it's already picked up some incoming links in addition to the link building done and some mediocre traffic.

Its had a few things done by me such submission to a ton of social bookmarking sites and feed indexing sites.

The site is almost a year old, but only recently had any significant amount of content added to it, so assume no traffic. There is however, there are a couple dozen or so uniques trickling in daily.

The site runs on Wordpress and a plugin that controls the review aspect. This plugin normally sells for $97.00, but purchasing your own copy won't be necessary as I have a developer license.

The site already has the most popular dvd rental sites (and a few obscure ones) added for a total of 20 editorial reviews. Also, around 70 user reviews have been completed. Content is not original and has been sourced from a variety of places.

I would prefer you transfer the site yourself, but I can be available to help. If you want to implement Adsense, EPN or banner ads into the site, I can help you with that as well. I prefer not to myself as AdSense ads are essentially stealing your massive commissions in exchange for a few cents. As for banner ads, I feel the lack of them make review sites look less biased.

The majority of the programs pay $8 - $16 per lead, usually for a free trial. With the right traffic it`s extremely easy to convert.

I have a nice file done up with all the direct links to the individual programs to make the transfer easy. I also have a selection of sites with affiliate programs I haven't added yet which could be used if you expand the site.

Domain is registered at GoDaddy until near the end of the month.

I realized I have way too many under developed sites and not enough time to promote them all. Im polishing up the content on sites like this and letting them go for a bargain. If it dosent sell Ill happily start promoting it myself.

From your message it sounds like you have more than one of these sites or have sold more than one? Is the content original? You say the site is almost a year old but it seems like the comments are all Aug 4? Do you have any traffic stats or revenue proof?

To clarify, I`ve sold several review sites in different niches, not this site over and over.

As stated in the auction description, content is not origional.

It also states the vast majority of content was only added recently. If the site dosen`t sell, what I would do peronally is edit the dates to spread them out, or unapprove them all and gradually approve them so theres new content daily.

Before that I didn`t have any affiliate links added.

So again, like it says above, assume no traffic which means assume no revenue.
