So, I am in pharmacy school at the moment, one day I would like to open my own pharmacy or even better maybe start an online pharmacy business. I keep hearing from everywhere that online drug stores are on the borderline or illegal to legal. But if I gain my license as a pharmacist can I just sell the drugs online? Would that not be legal?
You need a license to sell drugs. It was point #1, and it was the easiest part. Do you even imagine how hard it is to become successful selling drugs online?
Imagin how many people wouldnt trust your online store. Especially with all the illegal drug stores running across the internet spamming everywhere. As long as the drugs are legal and can be bought off the shelf its legel. Also if you're a re-seller and your selling to a phamacy that is also fine but there is a heap of legal things.
Yeah, trust is another important thing to consider. You should ask yourself first - why should people buy stuff from YOUR store?
I was thinking of opening an online store after pharmacy school. After I got my license and everything. Wouldn't it be legal then?
I live in the us. So basically I am allowed to sell to us clients. I want to be as legitimate as possible. I would require people to have prescriptions, I would check the doctors office, file insurance claims ect. I would offer pharmaceuticals at a cheaper price then at the pharmacy for people's everyday medicine. My main question would it be legal if I had my pharmacy license to sell drugs and can I use this license to sell drugs online?
