Im trying to find a good site that allows you to draw stuff online and then animate it. I have flash but i suck with it. Im just trying to move the water that i have in the picture. Anyone know of any sites like this?
That's what Ive been looking too.. A site that could allow user to animate stuff... Ive been using macromedia Flash also in animating images and drawings.
