Agreed. Steve Dalton - the Dean of my course at Manchester Metropolitan - helped me through more tough times than he'll ever know, kept me going after gambling addiction almost bankrupted me and helped get me back onto the course after I crashed and burned. So far above and beyond the call of duty he should be knighted. They broke the mold after they made that guy.
