Online Business with Indodensian Client

    I am freelance web developer and just received an inquiry for an development project from Jakarta. Indonesia.

    Is it safe to do online business with with guys in Jakarta, Indonesia.

    Well...the country doesnt say anything about a person. You think guys from USA are all serious?:) I been scammed multiple times by some usa guys, also by some germans . If you want to work with the guy i`d suggest you to ask him to pay something upfront, and then pay in steps...10% 20% etc untill you finish the entire project
