I wanted to see what other people were using for their business phone number. The business we're looking to develop is mostly online, and doesn't require a land line. So we're looking at purchasing a Skype Online Number. Does anyone use this model/product, or know of a cheaper, maybe free alternative? We need a phone number so that international customers can reach us for support, questions, etc.
I recommend RingCentral.com. It's affordable and they can set you up with a toll free number. Tons of features and it will give your company the presence of being much larger.
You could get a skype number. Very affordable, pick a number from around your area. Ahh and also get voicemail service so people can leave a message. Get a nice voice to record a voice message and voila!
