**Willing To Sell For The Right Offers - If No Decent Offer Is Received, I Will Continue This For Myself**

I am considering selling my new business on DP to raise finance to pay off a debt and to get some funds together for an investment in property. The business has been running for less than 3 weeks and has brought a revenue of around $1550 in that time. I conservatively estimate by the time the month is through, the revenue will have risen to over $2000.

This is a turnkey business for sale, providing a service to online markets like the DP community. Business has been running for less than one full month, and has made in excess of $1500 (paypal screenshots available on request as proof). Total spent on marketing in the month has been $10 on a sitepoint listing to sell, so there is obvious room for profitability with a bit more of a push - if you know how to market services, this one is for you.

Markup in each unit is roughly 45%, which is good considering there is minimal work involved other than marketing and some tying together before sending to the customer.

Business is sold complete with contact details for two trained freelance staff - they do the work, and they know how to do it correctly. All you have to do is manage their workload, market the business, and take in the money (whilst remembering to pay the staff their wages - set at an agreed rate). Of course you don't have to use these staff, but it is better if you do at least in the short term because they're good. It's an easy business to run, although would probably suit someone with a little technical know-how when it comes to hosting, given that there is a requirement for a very small technical input and sometimes problems on the hosting side.

The buyer will receive not only all the relevant information to carry on with the business, but also a complete 'how to' guide written by me, letting you know the answers to customer FAQs and everything you need to know about continuing the success of the business. I will also provide a database of previous customers plus details of their sales, as well as any monies still owed from customers, or owed on a recurring basis.

This business also provides a residual income opportunity payable to the owner through hosting services - will transfer access to unlimited hosting account at Hostgator (around $10 a month - its your only fixed cost). I will let the buyer know who is to be invoiced, for how much, and when, so you can collect the money when it falls due later on down the line. From the existing business model, I think we would only be talking about $100/$200, but its still better than nothing.

I will also provide a couple of weeks of support to the buyer to smoothly transfer the business and to make sure you can carry it on without too many problems. It also comes with a website I set up to market the services, but that needs a great deal of work (maybe even completely redone) to make it a valuable asset.

This isn't really an auction - I'm more interested in offers. I have a selling price in mind although I wouldn't like to disclose that at this time. If I receive an offer that I think reflects the true value of this business, it's yours.

I hope I've made everything quite clear. If you need more specific details about the business model, I'm available on PM to discuss.

Other than that, I welcome any offers.

If this site has generated $1550 so far, with so little costs, surely it would make more sense to continue working on the site if you wish to pay of a debt or invest in property?

Yes I do not like to see the business go. I am considering selling to get cash upfront rather than waiting, and I am moving from rented accomodation within the next month or so, so this is the difference between investing in a property or renting again.

    Thanks for your question.

Received and rejected a $1000 offer from Sitepoint - Looking for something closer to the value of the business.
