It's not difficult to form an LLC and a separate bank account under the business name will help you keep track of earnings and expenses.
Yes you can do this coz it doesn't violate any rule. Indeed i have purchase some extra sticker to paste at my friend and family car. But if you plan to paste the sticker at public cab then you need the license.
